Classic is a method where 1 lash extension is applied to 1 natural lash. This method is also know as 1:1. Classic lashes are perfect for clients who already have a lot of lashes but want to add more length or clients who simply just want a more natural look.

Volume lashes (3D) is also know as Russian Volume. It is when multiple lash extensions are applied to one single natural eyelash, using very thin and light weight extension lashes. When 2 extensions are applied to one natural lashes it is described as 2D, if 3 extensions are applied to one natural eyelash, then this is described as 3D, etc. As this method requires using very thin and light weight lashes, lashes appear lighter, fluffier and gives the client a fuller look. This method is perfect for clients who don’t have a lot of lashes, have sparse lashes, bald spots or just want a more dramatic look without having to use a thicker lash extension.

Lashes are lifted onto our specially shaped lifting silicone pads before products are applied so no products will be touching your skin. We regularly work with people with very sensitive skin.

The process is relaxing in nature. After you lie down on the table, we will cover your lower lashes with a soothing gel pad to protect your lower lashes during the application. You then relax with your eyes closed. Many clients fall asleep during the procedure.

Based on the size of your lashes, we will choose the appropriate silicone pad size to “lift” your lashes and apply lash glue which is water soluble. We will then brush back the lashes so they attach to the silicone pad and apply the specialised eyelash keratin solution.

Depending on the size and shape of your lashes the permanent relaxing solution will sit on lashes for 10 -15 minutes. The perming solution is then removed with q-tips and a neutralising solution is applied for 5 minutes. An additional colour boost can be applied at this time to darken your lashes. A lash conditioning treatment is then applied. The entire process takes about 45-60mins.

The product never touches the skin during the process. Redness around the eye may occur due to the product removal process (wiping eyes with cotton rounds), but should disappear within a few minutes after the procedure.

Immediately after the procedure avoid steam for 24 hours and discontinue the use of lash growth products for 48 hours. After 24 hours exposure to steam will not affect your lashes and after 48 hours you can resume the use of eyelash growth products. Mascara can be applied immediately.

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We know that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. However, we require 24 hour advance notice in order to reschedule any service with no charge and 48 hour to cancel it. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 24 hour window are subject to a charge for each service. Because of this policy, a valid credit card number is required at time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card and certificate holders.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other clients whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of time already given, you will be responsible for the full session. Please note that we have a 15 minutes late policy. Arriving 15 minutes after your appointment will be considered a no-show and you will be charged accordingly to the services made. As a courtesy and consideration to your lash artist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Feather Touch Brows is a microblading technique, done with a hand-held tool incorporated with a role of micro needles, called a microblade. Hair-like strokes are manually created, then a semi-permanent ink is applied and allowed to absorb into the skin to create a full and natural shaped brow. Strokes are always drawn in the direction of the natural hair growth in order to achieve a hyper-realistic eyebrow look.

Powder Brows is a slightly different brow tattoo technique that creates a soft, powdered look that subtly fills in your brows. Powder brow is done with a machine and a single needle which is used to lightly shade in a colour to the eyebrows. It’s also customisable meaning we can create a light shadow look or a bold make-up look depending on your desired outcome. Powder brows last longer than Microblading, anywhere from 1.5 - 3 years, meaning less touch ups needed. Powder Brow is suited to all skin types, especially those with oily skin, people that sweat a lot and mature skin types. Two sessions are required for new clients 4 - 6 weeks apart.

Everyone reacts differently to the anaesthetic, some say they feel nothing at all and others feel a light scratch, but it does not hurt. We apply a couple of numbing creams and gels before and during the procedure to ensure you are comfortable and the treatment is as pain-free as possible.

Microblading - The procedure takes approximatley 1 hour & 45 minutes, which includes 20 minutes of numbing pre treatment.

Powder brows - The procedure takes approximatley 1 hour 50 minutes which includes a cosultation and measure/template on your brows.

As soon as you arrive at your appointment, we will apply a topical anesthetic. You will sit in the waiting room, numbing for 20mins while filling in a consult form and having a refreshment. You will then be taken into the treatment room where we begin discusing the desired result. We spend some time maping to create the perfect shape and symmetry using the golden ratio with specific tools to draw on a template & make sure your happy with the shape. We will then start implanting pigment until complete. We will explain after care in detail and provide you with a take home after care pack.

Microblading is suitable for anyone with dry to normal skin. If you have uneven or sparse brows and want to correct/ fill them out. Or if you already have full brows and simple want to define and add texture to the brows so you dont have to fill them in everyday.

Powder brow is a better option if you have oily and/or mature skin. Also people who work out alot will have a better result from the powder brow technique.

1-3 years. We recommend a colour refresh every 1-2 years which consists of one appointment to freshen up the colour which would have faded over time. Lifestyle can affect how long it lasts sun as frequent sun exposure, chemical peels and laser that comes into contact with the pigmented area can fade it faster and certain skincare. Please note, final results cannot be gaurenteed as every skin can retain pigment different. Its also extremtly important to follow all after care instructions and advise from your brow artist.

No, unfortunately you cannot get any cosmetic tattooing while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Virgin brows will need 2 sessions 4 - 6 weeks apart. On the odd occasion a 3rd session may be required as every skin retains pigment differently and we dont know how the results will heal until they do.

If you have previous tattooing, one session may be enough although we would need to see your brows to see how much pigment is left to determine whether 1 or 2 sessions is required.

Your brows will look great post treatment. They will be a shade or two darker than the desired result which will start to fade down after a few days. There may be some redness around the treatment area which will subside a few hours later. You can return to work and go about your normal day.

You will be required to apply the aftercare cream provided, 3 x a day for 5 days, no getting them wet for 5 days, as-well as avoiding saunas, steam rooms and spas & keeping makeup away from the area for 5 days. You will get some fading after a few days. You can expect some slight itchy and flaking over the coming days as your new brows heal. Allow approximately 4 weeks for your brows to be fully healed and true to colour.

Do not drink alcohol or caffine within 24 hours of your appointment.

Do not take Panadol or Ibuprofen within 24 hours of your appointment.

Stay away from any omega 3 supplements for 2 weeks before your appointment.

Do not tan or have intense sun exposure 1 week before your appointment.

Shower and wash your hair before your treatment as you cannot get your brows wet for 5 days post treatment.
